Destination ImagiNation Team Registration

Using this team registration tool, you'll be able to register your Destination ImagiNation team for upcoming tournaments within your region. You can also use this tool to manage and change your team information until the close of your affiliate's registration period.

Before you begin, please have the following information ready as you will not be able to complete your team registration. You can download a worksheet here to assist you in collecting this information prior to completing your team registration.

• Team Information: consisting of your Team name and number
• Regional Information: If you're not sure of your region please contact your Team coordinator.
• Team Manager Information: This includes first and last name, contact phone numbers and email address.
• Team Challenge and Competition Level: Please refer to the "Rules of the Road" to determine the correct level for your team.
• Team Member Information: You'll need the first and last name, date of birth and grade level for each team member.
• Special Requests: Being the team manager of multiple teams, having a team member on multiple
  teams, having a team member with special needs or having team members with conflicts are all examples of special request information.
• Appraiser Information: This includes first and last name, contact phone numbers, email address, complete mailing information, areas of experience, challenge preference and challenges in which family members may be competing.
• Volunteer Information: This includes first and last name, contact phone numbers, email address and complete mailing information.
